Please join our Waiting List for the 2025 - 2026 school year. If you previously joined our Waiting List, it is not necessary to submit another form.

Our enrollment process for the 2026 - 2027 school year will begin with attendance at our annual Open House. New Applicants should plan to attend the Open House on January 24, 2026.

Parents who wish to apply their child to SMS for the 2026-2027 school year will need to submit a completed New Student Application before February 7, 2026. Families will be notified of the status of their child's application by February 27, 2026. 

NOTE: SINCE THE NAME "MONTESSORI" ALONE CANNOT BE COPYRIGHTED, SCHOOLS MAY USE THIS NAME IN VARIOUS WAYS. FURTHER, MONTESSORI TEACHER TRAINING IS FAR FROM UNIFORM, SO IT IS OFTEN DIFFICULT TO COMPARE MONTESSORI PROGRAMS, SCHOOLS, AND TEACHERS. SMYRNA MONTESSORI SCHOOL IS A FULL MEMBER SCHOOL OF THE AMERICAN MONTESSORI SOCIETY (AMS), A VITAL, INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO THE ASSURANCE OF QUALITY MONTESSORI PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN.
