Do you have kindergarten?
/Yes, kindergarten is the final year of the child’s primary program. We strongly encourage children to compete the full course of the Montessori primary program by attending kindergarten at SMS.
What are your program options?
/- We offer part and full time Montessori programs in both our Toddler and Primary classrooms.
- Options in the Toddler program include 5 full days/ week or 5 mornings/week. We also offer part week programs for our Toddler children (2 mornings / week and 3 mornings/ week or 2 or 3 full days/ week).
- Our Primary students must attend 5 days/ week. This can be a morning only program or full day program.

What programs do you offer?
/We have two classrooms at SMS. Our Toddler classroom is a specially designed Montessori environment for children ages 18 months to 3 years old. This classroom has the capacity of 9 children.
Our Primary classroom welcomes children ages 3 years to 6 years of age… This includes the child’s kindergarten school year. The Primary classroom has a total of 20 children in this age range.
Do you have any space?
/We typically do not have any openings during the school year (Aug.- May). We have an annual enrollment opportunity in February. If a space becomes available during the school year, we will contact families from the waiting list. Our waiting list registration form is available on our website. There is no fee and you can join the waiting list at any time. Mail, email, or fax your waiting list form to us and we will contact you if a space becomes available. If you have flexibility in your schedule preferences, please indicate this on your waiting list form.
